Private beta · Wearable optional

Turn your energy into smarter priorities.

Flair reads your wearable’s sleep and recovery signals alongside your calendar and inbox, then picks the one thing to do first — and tells you why it fits today.

No wearable? Start with a 10-second check-in. Flair never sends email or changes your calendar without you.

One thing first

Keep today lighter. Start with the decision, not the polish.

Your next step

Send Kendall the launch decision before 3:00 pm.

It unblocks the review, takes ten minutes, and fits a lower-recovery morning better than the slide deck does.

Read-only connections, chosen by you in setup. Wearable support depends on your device; a manual check-in works without one. Slack and WhatsApp briefs are coming after the beta.

How it works

From a full day to a clear first move.

  1. 01

    Connect what you choose.

A goal, your calendar and inbox, and a wearable if you have one. Everything is read-only, and a quick check-in works when you don’t.

  2. 02

Get one priority, with the why.

Each morning Flair weighs your capacity against your commitments and names the one thing to do first — and what can wait.

  3. 03

    Accept, adjust, or push back.

Nothing changes until you say so. Tell Flair what shifted and it re-plans around you, not the other way round.

Why it’s different

Not another to-do list.
A read on your day.

  • It knows how you’re doing.

A short night or low recovery changes what a good day looks like. Flair plans a lighter day instead of pretending every day is the same.

  • One priority, not a list.

To-do apps show you everything. Flair shows you what comes first, why it fits today, and what can wait.

  • You stay in control.

Flair reads; it doesn’t act for you. No sent emails, no calendar edits, no surprises.

A few things to know.

Do I need a wearable?

No. Start with a quick check-in. With enough comparable history, a supported wearable can add context about changes in your recovery. It does not measure productivity.

What does Flair see from my wearable?

Only summarized capacity signals, such as “recovery lower than usual.” Flair doesn't show raw health history or make medical claims.

Does Flair send emails or change my calendar?

No. Connections in this beta are read-only. Flair proposes; you decide what goes into your Plan.

How do I get in?

Request access below. The beta is invite-only in small waves. When your seat is ready you'll get an email with your invitation link.
